So you guys want to try Miui 8 Global Beta and you can't wait till August so you decide to flash Miui 8 on your device currently running MIUI 7.3.7.0 Global Stable.
This is very simple procedure and yes you do not need unlocked bootloader or fastboot rom with pc or enable developer option so what you guys should do follow the steps below :
1. Go to Settings = Advance Settings = Backup and Reset and Backup your data.
[Backup whole data as you can later choose which app you want to restore]
2. As backup process take time depends on your data Download Recovery Rom from link below.

3. After download is complete
cut and paste downloaded zip in internal storage = downloaded_rom folder.
4. Turn on your internet and go to settings = About phone = System update and press 3 dots in upper right corner. Now you will see 3rd option Choose Update Package press and search for downloaded_rom folder and choose downloaded rom zip
5. Select Erase and Reboot it will ask twice. Now have patience atleast 20-25min for god sake wait.
6. Tadda you have successfully booted into Miui 8 Global Beta version now follow the on screen details and when you are on home screen
