How to Flash
1. Download Rom
2. Move it to Internal memory
3. Boot into TWRP recovery
4. Select Wipe = Advanced and Select Cache,Dalvik,Data and System.
5. Swipe to Execute.
6. Go back to main menu in twrp.
7. Select install
8. Select ROM RISE OS RC and swipe to execute
9. Press Reboot system and Wait.

Use Xcelerate Kernel for Best Performance.
