This Rom will give you smooth performance on your Redmi Note 3 as this rom is in it's nightly stage i don't find any major bugs.
Things you want Know
1. Finger print Working?
A.Yes its working fine as soon as you put you finger on sensor phone get's unlocked.
2. Camera Quality?
A. Ok guys you should know the truth that only Miui rom can make your clicked images look like pro its there image processing techniques in software so never expect that quality in any custom rom thank you.
3. LED light on Notification Working?
A. Yes in this rom it's working fine.

How to Flash this ROM
[Always backup your current ROM]
Before you proceed Redmi Note 3 require unlock bootloader and twrp installed.
1. Reboot into twrp recovery.
2. Wipe Data, System and Cache if it's a fresh install.
3. Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache if you're updating from a previous version.
4. Flash ROM, Gapps
5. Reboot and wait to boot.
