MIUI Global Rom don't come Pre-rooted. Only Chinese Developer Rom comes Pre-rooted
Have seen many of user on social networking sites asking for rooting method for redmi1s miui6.
So try this method if you are looking forward to root you redmi 1s with miui6.
First of download this file
Links 1. Root_HM1S_MIUI6_Global.zip 2. Root_HM1S_MIUI6_Global.zip
Go to updater app and select zip you just downloaded
Note: If the above method doesn't work rename the downloaded file to update.zip and put it in internal memory and not in any folder then try to flash with the above method.
The phone will reboot in recovery and flash the su permission with superSU app
Now open SuperSu app and Select Normal wait for some time and then press reboot option.
