Cyanogenmod 14 for Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon [OFFICIAL]

Cyanogen Mod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts.

What's working :
RIL (Calls, SMS, Data)
Fingerprint (FPC1020 only)
Wi-Fi
Bluetooth
Camera
Camcorder
Video Playback
Audio
Sensors
Flash
LED
GPS

What's NOT working :
Camera and camera related features are buggy. Eg. Flashlight toggle works with 2 tries, random crashes. (Use google camera or any other 3rd party camera to minimise crashes)
VoLTE do not work.

2. Reboot to TWRP recovery
