How to Flash Twrp Recovery by Twrp Installer Steps:
1. Extract Download Twrp Installer zip
2. Open extracted folder and run twrp-installer
3. Enter in fastboot mode on your redmi 3s and connect with pc and press enter.
4. You will be in twrp recovery
Special Notes:
When you will enter in twrp recovery for first time it will ask for modify system or keep it read-only.
What is Mount system partition read-only - you will receive OTA updates for the Official ROM normally
If you choose allow system modifications then make sure you go to: Advance setting > Disable dm-verity in twrp recovery to let your phone boot normally.
